Description

ESOFIB-DSR Capsules is used for:

• Relief from acidity and heartburn
• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Acid reflux and regurgitation
• Indigestion associated with excess stomach acid
• Bloating, nausea, and fullness associated with gastric motility issues

How It Works

• Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the production of stomach acid, helping relieve acidity and acid reflux.
• Domperidone improves upper gastrointestinal motility and helps reduce symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, and gastric fullness.

Dosage

• Take only as directed by the physician.
• Swallow the capsule whole with water.
• Do not crush or chew the sustained-release formulation.
• Take preferably before meals if advised.

Note

• May cause headache, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, or dry mouth.
• Domperidone may affect heart rhythm in susceptible individuals; inform your doctor about any heart condition or relevant medicines.
• Avoid prolonged self-medication without medical advice.
