Description

FUROHEM-CV 625 Tablets is used for:

• Treatment of certain susceptible bacterial infections
• Respiratory tract infections
• Ear, nose, and throat infections
• Urinary tract infections
• Skin and soft-tissue infections
• Other bacterial infections as prescribed by a physician

How It Works

• Cefuroxime Axetil is a cephalosporin antibiotic that interferes with bacterial cell-wall formation, helping stop bacterial growth.
• Potassium Clavulanate helps protect cefuroxime from certain bacterial enzymes that can otherwise reduce antibiotic effectiveness, thereby extending its antibacterial activity.

Dosage

• Take only as prescribed by the physician.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Take after food if advised.
• Complete the full prescribed course even if symptoms improve.
• Do not skip doses or stop treatment without medical advice.

• This medicine is for bacterial infections and does not treat viral infections such as common cold or flu.
• May cause nausea, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, or headache.
