Description

ABOTIC-AC Ear Drops are used for:

• Certain bacterial and fungal infections of the ear
• Ear inflammation associated with susceptible infections
• Relief from itching and irritation associated with ear infections
• Temporary relief from ear discomfort and pain
• Management of mixed ear infections, when prescribed by an ENT specialist

How It Works

ABOTIC-AC combines an antibiotic, antifungal, corticosteroid, and local anaesthetic to help manage certain infected and inflamed ear conditions.

• Gentamicin: An antibiotic that helps control susceptible bacterial infections.
• Beclomethasone: A corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation, redness, and itching.
• Clotrimazole: An antifungal agent that helps control susceptible fungal infections.
• Lignocaine: A local anaesthetic that provides temporary relief from ear pain and discomfort.

Dosage

• Use only as directed by the physician or ENT specialist.
• Tilt the head or lie with the affected ear facing upward during application.
• Instil the prescribed number of drops into the ear.
• Do not touch the dropper tip to the ear or other surfaces.
• Complete the prescribed course and do not use for longer than recommended.

Note

• For ear use only. Do not swallow.
• Use only after appropriate medical evaluation, particularly if there is ear discharge or suspected eardrum perforation.
• Avoid inserting cotton buds or other objects into the ear.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation, worsening pain, swelling, or allergic reaction occurs.
• Do not share the bottle with others.
• Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.
