Description

NITOCEF-500 Injection is used for:

• Certain bacterial infections
• Respiratory tract infections
• Ear, nose and throat (ENT) infections
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
• Skin and soft-tissue infections
• Intra-abdominal infections
• Other susceptible bacterial infections as prescribed

How It Works

Ceftriaxone is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that works by interfering with the formation of the bacterial cell wall, helping to stop the growth of susceptible bacteria.

Dosage

• Administer only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.
• Dose and frequency depend on the patient’s age, body weight, infection type, and severity.
• It may be administered by the intravenous (IV) or intramuscular (IM) route as prescribed.
• Complete the prescribed course of treatment.
