NITOFLOX-50 Suspension is used for:

• Treatment of certain bacterial infections when prescribed
• Supporting treatment of susceptible bacterial infections of the respiratory tract
• Certain gastrointestinal and intestinal bacterial infections
• Certain urinary tract infections
• Certain skin and soft-tissue bacterial infections

How It Works

Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. It works by inhibiting bacterial enzymes required for DNA replication and repair, thereby preventing the growth and multiplication of susceptible bacteria.

Dosage

• Use only as directed by a physician or healthcare professional.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Measure the prescribed dose using an appropriate measuring device.
• The dose is determined according to age, body weight, type of infection, and medical condition.
• Complete the prescribed course even if symptoms improve, unless advised otherwise.
