Description

ABODERM PLUS Cream is used for:

• Certain mixed skin infections, when prescribed by a physician
• Superficial fungal infections with associated bacterial or protozoal involvement
• Skin conditions accompanied by redness, itching, and inflammation
• Management of susceptible microbial skin infections under medical supervision

How It Works

ABODERM PLUS combines antibacterial, antifungal, antiprotozoal, and corticosteroid components to manage certain infected and inflamed skin conditions.

• Ofloxacin: An antibacterial agent that helps inhibit the growth of susceptible bacteria.
• Ornidazole: Acts against susceptible anaerobic bacteria and certain protozoal organisms.
• Itraconazole: An antifungal medicine that interferes with fungal cell membrane formation.
• Clobetasol Propionate: A potent corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation, redness, and itching.

Dosage

• Apply only as directed by the physician.
• Clean and dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a thin layer to the affected area as prescribed.
• Wash hands before and after application unless the hands are being treated.
• Do not use for longer than prescribed.

Note

• For external use only.
• Clobetasol is a potent corticosteroid and should be used only for the duration and area recommended by a doctor.
• Avoid applying near the eyes, face, groin, or skin folds unless specifically prescribed.
• Prolonged or inappropriate use may cause skin thinning, irritation, or worsening/masking of an infection.
• Do not use on untreated viral or other skin infections unless specifically advised by a physician.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation, allergic reaction, or worsening of the infection occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.
