Description

EDYMOX-D Eye Drops are used for:

• Treatment of certain bacterial eye infections associated with inflammation
• Helps control susceptible bacterial growth in the eye
• Helps reduce eye inflammation, redness, and irritation when prescribed
• Supports management of post-operative or inflammatory eye conditions when medically indicated

How It Works

• Moxifloxacin: An antibiotic that inhibits bacterial enzymes required for bacterial DNA replication and growth.
• Dexamethasone: A corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation, redness, and swelling in the eye.

Usage

• Use only as directed by an ophthalmologist.
• Wash hands before applying the drops.
• Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s).
• Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or other surfaces.
• Use for the prescribed duration and do not extend treatment without medical advice.

Note

• For ophthalmic use only; do not swallow.
• This combination should be used under medical supervision because corticosteroids can worsen or mask certain eye infections.
• Prolonged use of ocular corticosteroids may increase intraocular pressure and other eye-related risks.
• Seek medical attention for worsening pain, vision changes, severe irritation, or swelling.
• Keep out of reach of children.
