Description

FLUZEPT-200 Tablets is used for:

• Treatment of certain fungal infections
• Oral and throat fungal infections
• Vaginal yeast infections
• Certain skin and systemic fungal infections
• Prevention or treatment of susceptible fungal infections as prescribed

How It Works

Fluconazole is an antifungal medicine that inhibits the production of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. This weakens the fungal membrane and helps stop fungal growth.

Dosage

• Take only as directed by the physician.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• The dose and duration depend on the type and severity of the fungal infection.
• Complete the prescribed course unless your doctor advises otherwise.

• May cause nausea, abdominal discomfort, headache, or diarrhea.
• Inform your doctor if you have liver disease, kidney problems, or heart rhythm disorders.
