Description

NITOFIX-LB (WFI) Dry Syrup is used for:

• Treatment of certain bacterial infections
• Respiratory tract bacterial infections
• Ear, nose, and throat bacterial infections
• Certain urinary tract infections
• Other susceptible bacterial infections when prescribed
• Supporting healthy intestinal flora during antibiotic treatment

How It Works

• Cefixime: A third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that interferes with bacterial cell-wall formation, helping stop the growth of susceptible bacteria.
• Lactic Acid Bacillus: A beneficial microorganism that helps support and maintain healthy intestinal flora, particularly during antibiotic therapy.

Dosage

• Use only as prescribed by a doctor.
• The dose depends on the patient’s age, weight, infection, and medical condition.
• Prepare the dry syrup with the supplied water exactly as directed on the label.
• Shake well before each use.
• Measure the prescribed dose using a suitable measuring device.
• Complete the full prescribed antibiotic course even if symptoms improve.
