NITOFIX-OF (WFI) Dry Syrup is used for:

• Treatment of certain bacterial infections when prescribed
• Certain gastrointestinal bacterial infections
• Certain respiratory tract bacterial infections
• Certain urinary tract bacterial infections
• Other susceptible bacterial infections as determined by a healthcare professional

How It Works

• Cefixime: A cephalosporin antibiotic that interferes with bacterial cell-wall formation, helping stop the growth of susceptible bacteria.
• Ofloxacin: A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that interferes with bacterial DNA replication, helping prevent susceptible bacteria from multiplying.

Dosage

• Use only as prescribed by a doctor.
• The dose depends on the patient’s age, weight, infection, and medical condition.
• Prepare the dry syrup with the supplied water exactly as directed on the label.
• Shake well before each use.
• Measure the prescribed dose using a suitable measuring device.
• Complete the prescribed course as directed.
