NAPROHEM-D Tablets is used for:

• Relief from acute pain and inflammation
• Headache and migraine-associated symptoms
• Musculoskeletal and joint pain
• Pain associated with inflammatory conditions
• Nausea and vomiting associated with migraine or pain, as prescribed

How It Works

• Naproxen is an NSAID that reduces the production of prostaglandins involved in pain and inflammation, helping relieve pain, swelling, and stiffness.
• Domperidone helps improve gastrointestinal movement and reduces nausea and vomiting.

Dosage

• Take only as directed by the physician.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Take with food if advised to reduce stomach irritation.
• Do not exceed the prescribed dose or duration.

Note

• May cause indigestion, nausea, stomach discomfort, dizziness, or headache.
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, kidney disease, heart disease, or high blood pressure.
• Domperidone may affect heart rhythm in susceptible individuals; inform your doctor about heart conditions and other medicines.
• Avoid taking other NSAIDs unless specifically advised.
• Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.
